We never divulge any client information to third parties. Information about names, earnings, and assets won’t be shared with our affiliates unless specifically requested by our clients. We may, from time to time, and as we see fit, disclose suitable information to third parties as permitted by law in order to support the management of our relationships with our clients. We never divulge any information that is not necessary for the third party to do their task. When using securities broker dealers to execute orders, for instance, we may disclose information to third parties such as data processing providers for statement mailing and check printing, government entities in response to mandatory information provision, as well as when otherwise requested by our clients or when required by law.
Protecting Information
To protect the personal information of our clients, we keep physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place. We have stringent internal policies prohibiting the use or sharing of client information without authorization. Only those personnel who require it to manage our clients’ financial affairs or offer them with services can access the information about our clients. Both internal Taskeen Properties procedures and comprehensive regulatory guidelines control our staff members and how we manage client accounts. Through employee training and operating procedures, Taskeen Properties staff members are regularly reminded of their responsibilities with regard to the confidentiality of client information.
